Crime Alert - MARCH 31, 2005
 

 

Incident:

Since March 29, 2005, there have been several thefts from residence halls. Laptops, money and other valuables have disappered from unsecured rooms.

If you have information relating to this incident, or witness suspicious activity, please contact University Police at X-3636.

Safety Tips

Lock your door at all times when you are away from your room.

Do not admit anyone who does not have the proper access to enter a building.

Do not claim unknown individuals as guests.

General Tips

Report anything or anyone suspicious to Public Safety or to your residence hall front desk.

Cooperate with the desk staff by showing your ID every time you enter your building.

Utilize the University Police ESCORT SERVICE for anyone walking on campus at night. To arrange for an escort, call X-2527 or use an emergency phone.
